You better believe it. This was the beard to last from general conference to the next general conference. It may have lasted a month, haha. I quickly learned how...fun...it is to kiss a man with a beard. The man learned how much that did not work out. So....off it came, but we had to get a photo or two in :)
Naturally a dinosaur pumpkin was in order.
Ahh, yes...this little goofball went shopping at Costco with Nana. Nana decided it would be a good idea to get a little doll for her toy collection for when the kids come over. This boy glommed onto it. Funny thing, he would stop us from going anywhere...eating dinner saying "wait, I've got to feed the baby." The baby went everywhere for what...a week. Then it seemed forgotten and did make her way over to Nana's.
Have you ever been to a Princess Party? This was the best. We (my sister, mom and I) were the 3 fairies...you know, from Sleeping Beauty. Hence the tutu's and crowns. We all loved it...especially the birthday girl! She's 4 years old!!
Classic...the princess wave.
I wonder where Naomi learned this pose, haha!
Some Joy School Christmas partying...we had a little nativity action, games, music and cookies. A perfect mix. It was so fun to get together with the dads!
Christmas Eve
Tradition...listening to the story of Christ's birth.
Nana got all these weird gifts. The blurry white thing is a pig flying. The kids were mesmorized. There was a monkey clanging on cymbals. Some weird balancing things. A bobble head thing that tilted into a cup of water over and over again. May have been more entertaining than any other part in the evening. Of course, we were delirious on loads of sugar!
It snowed in Portland AND landed perfect for my days off. We had so much fun in the snow together. There was quite the long sled run. Love it!
